ZXX Encrypted typeface - A typographic response to the surveillance of the NSA

This inspiring work was created as a response to growing concerns over privacy on the internet and spying by governments, in particular the NSA.

The typeface ZXX has been 'encrypted' to stop stop big brother's prying eyes.

I love the idea behind this design, the relevant questions it raises about privacy and the spying conducted by government's across the world. This is a symbolic project, not intended to become a real tool against spying, but another way of raising the topic to the fore and getting people thinking about what is more important. Privacy or security? And can you really have either?

Read more about ZXX here.
