POMM cork ipad case

This rather lovely ipad case was designed by Pomm Design Studio, Portugal. The case is made entirely out of cork, and has a jagged sleek look, perfect to protect your iPad from any bumps.

"We have chosen cork due to its properties: it is durable, versatile and highly resistant to daily use, choque absorber and water resistent. Its modelling is easy, and it’s an ecological and biodegradable material... From the beginning we wanted to make something entirely new to revolutionize the standard products currently on the market.”

The iPad Cork Case is currently on a limited run of 4,000 units. Visit the Pomm website to find out more.

Sponsored Video: Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1

This is the new Samsung advert for their Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet computer. It's a great format for an advertising campaign – re-imagining creative historic moments jotted down, not on paper, but on the Galaxy Note tablet!

The video sets off in Bath, with Jane Austin, not penning, but taking the first swipe of her 'new' book Emma. Then it's off to Spain for a Pablo Picasso original - but created using the unique 'S Pen' on the Samsung Galaxy Note! I think you're starting to get the idea... Off to North Carolina for one of the Wright Brothers to jot down a quick idea for a flying machine, and Everest in 1953 - Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay have a few mid climb notes to take! Finally old Leonardo Da Vinci has some incredible concepts to note down.

What will you create?

The advert for the Galaxy Note has an original theme, which nicely displays the ease of use and the capabilities of this new tablet computer. The generous 10.1-inch display and advanced S Pen make the Galaxy Note a top player in the highly competitive tablet computer market. But from the look of this advertising campaign Samsung have created a great new contender in the Galaxy Note 10.1. From simple web browsing to word processing and for use as a creative outlet - the note has it all.

What do you think? Would you buy a Galaxy Note over the other main rivals? What's the best tablet computer out there?

Sponsored Video: Bag A Place On Chaos Island with Lynx

Dum du du du dum...

Well, this is the new Lynx Effect competition launched recently that is set to cause chaos across the web! You get the chance to win an amazing trip to 'Chaos Island'. All you have to do is crack a series of clues that will be spread across the net.

The competition starts by tweeting using the competition hash tag #chasethechaos - the clues will be eventually revealed to you, and the competition can begin! It will take people around the web, searching for clues and answers to solve mystery treasure hunts.

The first adventurous person to complete the treasure hunt will win a ‘money can’t buy’ pair of tickets to Chaos Island, where they will have the party of a lifetime in true Lynx style.

Dum du du du dum da da da dummm...

It doesn't end there though! If you don't win the first prize, you'll still be entered into a prize draw to win another pair of tickets! Not bad eh!

Lynx is creating five other treasure hunts across the web to win more tickets, so keep checking back on the Lynx Effect Facebook page every Tuesday at 4pm and Saturday at 10am to start another adventure.
