New Müller ad 2011 - wünderful stuff

I love the new Müller advert, a wonderful blend of modern nostalgia whipped up using hand drawn animation, computer generated wizardry and real life action!

The advert was created by TBWA\London and shows the Müller robot, developed especially for this advert, wreaking havoc and turning ordinary law abiding citizens into a collection of nostalgic pop culture characters, including none other than Yogi Bear, a selection of Mr Men, Muttley, KITT (The Hoff's ride) and many more!

The campaign launched with the first round of this year’s The X Factor live finals. The epic, 90-second commercial aired simultaneously across 50 channels, including the coveted slot during Britain’s biggest entertainment show.

Truly wünderful

"I think it's great that a brand should remind us to stir a bit of wonder in our days, and beat the mundane out of our lives. Such a mission needs to reach as many people as we can -- and talk to their heart. It's a rallying cry. It has to be truly wünderful." - Dedé Laurentino, Executive Creative Director at TBWA\London.

Also see the 'making of' the wünderful stuff advert, and below that, an amazing time lapse video of an outdoor graffiti artwork for the campaign.
