The Independent reveals the truth behind the news

Without fear or favour.

"With 24 hour rolling news, and the myriad sources of information online, the truth can sometimes get lost. The Independent is committed to exposing the full story, however uncomfortable that may be, or whomever it may offend. Too much news is not news – it is spin and PR. Under an unapologetic, liberal banner, we will bring you the facts that many would rather you simply did not read".

Scarey stuff.

Inherit Jacques d’Azur's Cannes weekend

A couple more great ads from Stella Artois. Win Jacques d’Azur's place at the Cannes Film Festival 2010, read more about the campaign, and see the first video here.

Jonathan Calugi

I recently read about Jonathan Calugi in April's edition of Print Magazine. Amazing work, I really like the kind of simple bold style he's got.

Slap Brown, Cameron or Clegg to your heart's content

'Vote with the back of your hand'
- you've got to take a look at the Slapometer recently launched by Albion.

Slap to your heart's content whilst the politicians make quick remarks about the state of the economy as each backhander wipes across their face. Money well spent I say.

So far the votes are pretty conclusive with Gordon Brown in the lead of hatred at a whopping 919,575 slaps! David Cameron has had a pretty hard going over too with 401,555 slaps, leaving Nick Clegg as the most loved, or most forgotten, politician on the stand with a mere 282,977 slaps.

Forget the TV debate, this thing should be the decider!
