Veer.com recently launched 'Creative Catalyst' to generate a piece of artwork in support of a great global or local cause.

The winner got a £2000 donation for the organisation they chose, as well as their piece displayed in London and Berlin, a Computer Arts feature and 2000 Veer Credits for their next creative projects.

The competition was won by Barton Damer, with his piece on Malaria in Africa. Watch the video below to see more and hear more about the competition.

Get creative with Veer.com and the Most Monstrously Inventive Activity Book!

Are you monstrously creative? Then Veer.com have a great competition, for creative folk like you living in the UK.

Veer.com have now made available - for the first time in the UK, "The Most Monstrously Inventive Activity Book For Creatives Ever" and you can get your creative mitts on a copy by simply registering with Veer.com (by registering you will also receive 10 free Veer® credits which can be used to purchase images or fonts!). The activity book itself is 96 pages long, and contains many crazy illustrations and activities to keep your brain fresh after (or during) a long day in the studio.

Although you might be thinking The Monstrously Inventive Activity Book is prize enough, the guys at Veer are offering some great goodies as prizes for taking part in the main competition.

Enter Veer.com's poster competition to win an iPad!

To get your hands on one of these prizes: Win an iPad, Wacom Intuos4 Tablet or a cult 60’s style Lomography Diana camera, all you have to do is visit the Veer.com website, download the poster design and get a bit creative! The idea is that you 'colour' in the poster with mixed media - from post-it notes to magazine cuttings. Finally you need to scan in your masterpiece, and send in your submission to Veer for the judging and get those fingers crossed!

Good luck to all who enter, I'm looking forward to getting my copy of the The Most Monstrously Inventive Activity Book For Creatives Ever!
